Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Pulse until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning; add more lemon juice or red pepper flakes if desired. Mix in honey for sweetness if preferred.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with parsley and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with pita chips and fresh vegetables.
