- 3 cups Oreo crumbs
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces whipped topping (divided)
- 1 box (5.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans (divided)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl, then press into the bottom of a 13×9 dish or pan. Freeze for about 20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar using an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Remove the crust from the freezer and spread the cream cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with half of the pecans, then layer with chocolate pudding, followed by the remaining whipped topping.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce, top with remaining pecans, and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
