  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 10 ounces grape tomatoes
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the salmon with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown, then transfer to a plate.
