  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 26 ounces pasta sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook manicotti shells in boiling salted water for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups shredded mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, egg, and basil. Mix until well combined.
