- 2 medium Green Apples (sliced)
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Toasted Walnut Pieces
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil (for dressing)

- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil

Instructions
- Wash and slice the apples into thin wedges, tossing them in lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Toast walnut pieces in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, oregano, basil, black pepper, and sugar until well blended.
- In a large serving bowl, layer mixed greens and spinach, followed by sliced apples and dried cranberries. Top with toasted walnuts.
- Drizzle with dressing right before serving to maintain the freshness of the greens.
