- 1/2 cup sago pearls
- 2 lbs strawberries (washed and stems removed)
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup chilled coconut milk
- Chopped strawberry pieces (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the sago pearls in boiling water until transparent (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and let sit covered for another 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the cooked sago and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
- Blend strawberries with evaporated milk and condensed milk until smooth; chill.
- Combine drained sago, chilled coconut milk, and strawberry mixture in a mixing bowl until fully mixed.
- Serve in individual cups, garnished with chopped strawberries.
