- 1 ½ cups diced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for coating strawberries)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine sugar, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla; whisk until well blended.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt until lump-free.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
- Toss diced strawberries with 2 tablespoons of flour; fold into batter carefully.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for about 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
