- 3 ounces plant-based gelling agent (like agar-agar)
- ¼ cup cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the softened sugar cookie dough evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet into a circular shape about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
- In a saucepan, heat water and sugar until dissolved, then stir in the plant-based gelling agent and cornstarch until thickened. Let cool slightly.
- Spread frosting over the cooled crust, arrange sliced strawberries on top, and drizzle with the glaze.
