- 1 head red romaine lettuce
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 pint strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup tomato-basil feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Rinse and chop the red romaine lettuce and mixed greens; place them in a large salad bowl.
- Slice the strawberries and add them to the greens.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped pecans; reserve some whole strawberries for garnish.
- Whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, dried basil, and salt in a small bowl until combined.
- Drizzle dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat.
- Transfer to a serving platter or individual plates, garnishing with reserved strawberries.
