3 tablespoons icing sugar (or powdered erythritol)
For the Fruit Layers:
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup strawberry compote (or 1/4 cup jam)
For the Crunchy Layer:
1 1/2 cups granola
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the dairy-free yogurt with the icing sugar until smooth and slightly sweetened.
- Prepare the strawberries by washing and slicing them evenly.
- In serving glasses or jars, start by adding a layer of yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries followed by a spoonful of strawberry compote.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with strawberries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
- Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or chill briefly if desired.
