- 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream
- 4 oz yogurt (or additional cream cheese/coconut cream)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (or sugar-free alternative)
- 5 medium-sized strawberries
- Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- Prepare your base by letting cream cheese come to room temperature or opening a can of thick coconut cream.
- Remove stems from strawberries and blend them until pureed.
- In a mixing bowl or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least one hour to thicken.
