Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Microwave frozen strawberries for 60 to 90 seconds until thawed, keeping the juice.
- In a stand mixer, combine cold butter and sugar; beat on high until creamy (about 2 minutes).
- Mix in thawed strawberries and their juice until well combined.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until just combined.
- Scoop dough onto the lined pan with enough space between each cookie.
- Bake for 9 to 10 minutes until edges are set; let cool.
- Prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar and milk; drizzle over cooled cookies.
