  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 14.25 oz white cake mix
  • 3 oz strawberry jello mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 24.3 oz no-bake cheesecake filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by slicing one side flat and chopping the rest into small pieces. Mix chopped strawberries with sugar and refrigerate.
  2. Preheat the oven as per the cake mix instructions. Prepare the batter using egg whites and bake in a greased 9×13 dish at 350°F for about 33 minutes.
  3. Dissolve the jello in boiling water while the cake bakes.
  4. Once baked, poke holes in the warm cake using a wooden spoon handle and pour the jello mixture evenly over it.
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour until fully cooled.
  6. Spread the cheesecake filling over the cooled cake and garnish with sliced strawberries.
