Ingredients
- 2 packs (16 oz each) strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 14.25 oz white cake mix
- 3 oz strawberry jello mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 24.3 oz no-bake cheesecake filling
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by slicing one side flat and chopping the rest into small pieces. Mix chopped strawberries with sugar and refrigerate.
- Preheat the oven as per the cake mix instructions. Prepare the batter using egg whites and bake in a greased 9×13 dish at 350°F for about 33 minutes.
- Dissolve the jello in boiling water while the cake bakes.
- Once baked, poke holes in the warm cake using a wooden spoon handle and pour the jello mixture evenly over it.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour until fully cooled.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the cooled cake and garnish with sliced strawberries.
