Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently without overmixing.
- Fold in chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
- Spoon batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity halfway.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and springy.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Dip cooled donuts in the glaze before serving.
