- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by dicing the chicken and chopping the pineapple.
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add diced chicken; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add teriyaki sauce, honey, and pineapple; stir to combine and simmer for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve on a platter garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
