Ingredients
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry and rub with avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken skin-side down in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Baste chicken with glaze after 15 minutes; cook for an additional 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Let rest before serving.
