  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, maple syrup, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add diced mangoes, black beans, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to the bowl. Gently toss until everything is well coated in dressing.
