Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear; cook with water in a rice cooker or saucepan.
  2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt; drizzle over cooked rice and mix gently.
  3. Slice chicken and cook until crispy in a skillet; caramelize with soy sauce mixture.
  4. Beat eggs and cook into an omelet; roll and cut into strips.
  5. Assemble musubi by layering rice, omelet, and caramelized chicken on nori; wrap tightly.
