- 6 eggs
- 3 sheets roasted seaweed nori
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear; cook with water in a rice cooker or saucepan.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt; drizzle over cooked rice and mix gently.
- Slice chicken and cook until crispy in a skillet; caramelize with soy sauce mixture.
- Beat eggs and cook into an omelet; roll and cut into strips.
- Assemble musubi by layering rice, omelet, and caramelized chicken on nori; wrap tightly.
