Instructions
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oats, crushed graham crackers, chia seeds, mini chocolate chips, and mallow bits until combined.
- Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract; mix until well blended (you may use your hands for easier mixing).
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
