- 1/3 cup melted butter

- 2-4 very ripe bananas
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan with butter or oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until mixed well.
- Add the mashed ripe bananas to the mixture and stir until smooth.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Add baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour; mix gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for about 40 minutes; check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
