Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with Dijon mustard, and one with crushed pretzels.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip into the egg mixture, then press into the crushed pretzels.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and cheddar cheese until melted. Stir in Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Serve warm chicken topped with the sauce.
