Ingredients

  • 1 pound diced fresh pineapple
  • 12 ounces fresh blueberries
  • 12 ounces red grapes, halved
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 3 mandarin oranges
  • 2 bananas, sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest (from 2 medium limes)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, add all prepared fruits and pour over the dressing. Gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
