  • 15 oz red velvet cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 oz cream cheese (very soft)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, softened butter, and egg using an electric mixer until a thick dough forms.
  3. Press about ⅔ of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and sprinkle white chocolate chips over it.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together very soft cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Pour over the white chocolate chips.
  5. Form small balls with the remaining dough and space them over the filling; press down slightly.
  6. Bake for 28–30 minutes until slightly browned on top. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
