Ingredients
- 15 oz red velvet cake mix
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 oz cream cheese (very soft)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, softened butter, and egg using an electric mixer until a thick dough forms.
- Press about ⅔ of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and sprinkle white chocolate chips over it.
- In another bowl, whisk together very soft cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Pour over the white chocolate chips.
- Form small balls with the remaining dough and space them over the filling; press down slightly.
- Bake for 28–30 minutes until slightly browned on top. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
