Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon low sodium dark soy sauce (optional)
- 4 oz dried Chinese noodles
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 4 leaves Bok Choy (sliced)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, bring the chicken stock to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, add sliced green onions and Bok Choy.
- Stir in both soy sauces and oyster sauce.
- Add dried Chinese noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot in bowls and enjoy!
