Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple (well-drained)
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (halved)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
- 2/3 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute on high power.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and mix until coated.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
- Layer the drained crushed pineapple over the crust, followed by halved cherries, white chocolate chips, and coconut flakes.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over all layers.
- Bake for 30-34 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
- Cool completely in the pan for at least two hours before slicing into squares.
