Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter with milk, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; a few lumps are fine.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries carefully.
- Preheat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat; lightly grease if needed.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form (about 2-3 minutes).
- Flip pancakes and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
