- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 6 medium-sized ripe bananas (mashed)
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin pans with liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Warm Nutella in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make it easier to swirl.
- Fill muffin cups three-quarters full with batter and add a dollop of Nutella on top; swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
