  • Cacao nibs
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Granola
  • Chopped nuts or seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut apples into 1/2″ thick rings and remove the core to create donut shapes.
  2. Soak the apple slices in a mixture of water and lemon juice for 5-10 minutes to prevent browning, then pat dry.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture generously over each apple slice.
