- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in dusted blueberries gently to prevent them from sinking.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cooling in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
