Instructions
- Finely mince the garlic to release its robust flavor.
- In a mixing bowl or jar, combine the minced garlic with tahini, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt, dijon mustard, maple syrup, and water (start with 1/4 cup).
- Whisk or shake vigorously until all ingredients are fully combined. If the dressing is too thick, gradually add extra water until you reach your desired consistency.
