  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a pot and cook linguine until tender; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with lemon zest, juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat; cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add remaining butter to the skillet; sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese until smooth; fold in cooked linguine and return chicken to the skillet.
  7. Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.
