Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 8 oz linguine
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a pot and cook linguine until tender; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with lemon zest, juice, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat; cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- Add remaining butter to the skillet; sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until smooth; fold in cooked linguine and return chicken to the skillet.
- Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.
