- 90 ml heavy cream
- 200 g dark cooking chocolate (40% cocoa), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
- 1/3 cup chocolate sprinkles for coating
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, then pour it over the chopped dark chocolate. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir gently until the chocolate is fully melted and combined with the cream. Mix in the grated orange peel.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each truffle in chocolate sprinkles until coated, then place on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill again for 30 minutes before serving.
