- A pinch of saffron
- 3 tablespoons raw pistachios (for topping)
Instructions
- In a mason jar or container, mix rolled oats, milk, sugar, chia seeds, cardamom powder, salt, and saffron.
- Stir well to ensure all ingredients are combined evenly.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir in half of the chopped pistachios and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Top with remaining pistachios and enjoy!
