Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and drain excess water.
  2. Core, peel, and chop the pineapple into chunks; add to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stem and slice the strawberries; add them to the bowl.
  4. Peel and slice the mangoes; add them to the mixture.
  5. Drain mandarin oranges and add them to the bowl.
  6. Peel and chop the kiwi; add it next.
  7. Lastly, peel and slice the bananas; add them to prevent browning.
  8. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fruit mixture.
  9. If desired, sprinkle in sugar for added sweetness.
  10. Gently stir until well combined and serve in plastic cups or containers.
