Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 2 quarts strawberries
- 2 mangoes
- 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
- 5 kiwi
- 3 bananas
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly and drain excess water.
- Core, peel, and chop the pineapple into chunks; add to a large mixing bowl.
- Stem and slice the strawberries; add them to the bowl.
- Peel and slice the mangoes; add them to the mixture.
- Drain mandarin oranges and add them to the bowl.
- Peel and chop the kiwi; add it next.
- Lastly, peel and slice the bananas; add them to prevent browning.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fruit mixture.
- If desired, sprinkle in sugar for added sweetness.
- Gently stir until well combined and serve in plastic cups or containers.
