Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Hull and remove the leaves from the strawberries.
- Blend Strawberries: Combine strawberries and water in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Strain the Puree: Pour the puree through a fine mesh sieve into a saucepan to remove seeds.
- Cook with Sugar and Lemon Juice: Add sugar and lemon juice to the saucepan and stir until dissolved.
- Thicken the Syrup: Bring to a gentle boil and cook for about 10 minutes until thickened.
- Cool and Store: Let it cool before transferring to an airtight container.
