  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a blender or mixing bowl, combine rolled oats (reserve 1/4 cup), chopped apple, honey, eggs, yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and butter or coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
