Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and applesauce until well mixed.
- Stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon until evenly distributed.
- Add oats to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Pour in almond milk and mix well, then incorporate raisins or nuts along with dark chocolate chunks.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spoon out portions of the mixture, and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
