Ingredients
- 10 ounces Ghirardelli Baking Chips (bittersweet, semi-sweet, or milk chocolate)
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries (stems attached)
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and dry them completely.
- Prepare your workstation with small plates for toppings and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the Ghirardelli baking chips using a double boiler or microwave (heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth).
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing it on the parchment paper. Optionally, roll in toppings before setting.
- For added decoration, drizzle melted white chocolate over the coated strawberries if desired.
- Refrigerate for about 15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
