- 8 oz dry Fusilli
- 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean Red Chili Paste)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup shredded cheese (parmesan/cheddar)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Optional: black pepper and chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
- In the same pot, melt butter with olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in gochujang, then mix in reserved pasta water and heavy cream until well combined.
- Add cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Toss drained pasta with the sauce; season with black pepper if desired.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
