- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Arrange chicken breasts in the baking dish and coat them with the sauce mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the coated chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
