  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 flour tortillas (6-inch size)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/4 pineapple

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line 2-3 baking sheets.
  2. Wash and dice strawberries, kiwis, mango, and pineapple into uniform cubes.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the diced fruits with sugar and lemon juice. Mix gently using a wooden spoon.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  5. Cut flour tortillas into triangles, toss with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar until evenly coated.
  6. Spread tortilla pieces on baking sheets and bake for about 3 minutes on each side or until crispy.
