- 8 oz strawberries
- 2 kiwis
- 1/2 mango
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 flour tortillas (6-inch size)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/4 pineapple
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line 2-3 baking sheets.
- Wash and dice strawberries, kiwis, mango, and pineapple into uniform cubes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced fruits with sugar and lemon juice. Mix gently using a wooden spoon.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Cut flour tortillas into triangles, toss with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar until evenly coated.
- Spread tortilla pieces on baking sheets and bake for about 3 minutes on each side or until crispy.
- Serve chilled fruit salsa alongside warm cinnamon chips.
