  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon chips)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking sheets.
  2. Wash and dice the strawberries, kiwis, mango, and pineapple into uniform cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all diced fruits with lemon juice and sugar; stir gently.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Cut tortillas into triangles and coat them with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Bake tortilla pieces for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
