- 8 oz strawberries
- 2 kiwis
- 1/2 mango
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon chips)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Wash and dice the strawberries, kiwis, mango, and pineapple into uniform cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all diced fruits with lemon juice and sugar; stir gently.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut tortillas into triangles and coat them with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake tortilla pieces for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve chilled fruit salsa with warm cinnamon chips for dipping.
