- 1 pound fresh strawberries (hulled and quartered)

- 6 ounces fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 2 tbsp honey or agave
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and chopped mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or agave), lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
