  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 200 grams almond meal
  • 100 grams shelled pistachios, finely ground
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  2. Blend: Cut oranges in half, remove seeds, and blend into a smooth puree using a food processor.

  4. Whisk Eggs: In a large bowl, whisk eggs until frothy and mix in the orange-nut mixture until smooth.
  5. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
