- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup preferred milk (like unsweetened almond milk)
- Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sweetener, and milk until smooth.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda to the wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate pieces and optional chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
