- 370 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Cook over medium-low heat while stirring until the raspberries release their juices.
- Stir regularly as the mixture simmers. Once bubbling, reduce heat and cook for about 8 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to separate seeds from pulp.
- Use a spatula to press the mixture through until only seeds remain. Allow the coulis to cool before transferring it to an airtight container.
