- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter until well combined.
- Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix until blended.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture; stir gently to combine.
- Gradually fold in all-purpose flour until just incorporated.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
- Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
