Instructions
- In a mason jar or container, combine the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a dash of sea salt.
- Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously for about 1 minute to ensure all ingredients are well mixed.
- Place the jar in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight. Shake every 20 minutes during the first hour to prevent clumping.
- Once chilled, stir gently before serving and top with your favorite fruits or nuts.
