- 12 medium to large strawberries
- 12 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp sprinkles
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice them in half lengthwise, keeping the stems intact, and lightly score a triangle shape in the center.
- Use a small spoon or melon baller to hollow out some of the middle of each strawberry.
- Place the strawberry halves cut side down on paper towels to drain excess moisture for a couple of minutes.
- In a bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fill a piping bag with the cream cheese mixture and pipe it into each hollowed-out strawberry.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs and sprinkles before serving.
