  • 1 pkg Ranch Seasoning Packet
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except cream cheese and cilantro into the crock pot, ensuring even distribution.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
  3. Remove chicken and shred it with two forks; return to the pot.
  4. Add cream cheese to the shredded mixture, cover, and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes or high for 15 minutes until melted.
